Drama Therapy

Drama Therapy is an embodied practice that is active and experiential. Often my clients find that by using their imaginations and play, they can effectively tell their stories, set goals and solve problems, express feelings, or experience catharsis. Studies have proven that the power of play leads to reduced anxiety and depression, clarity, and helps lower limitations.

Trauma

Trauma is an emotional and physiological response to a distressing experience. Trauma can impact the ability to cope, causing feelings of helplessness, depression, anxiety, physical and psychological distress, and diminish one's sense of self. Through mindfulness, somatic practices, and working directly with nervous system I create a safe space for you to tap into your resilience and strength to heal from trauma.

Anxiety & Depression (youth & adults)

Depression and anxiety express in many forms. I will support you in bringing awareness to your experience and its root causes by connecting you to practices that support you in managing your symptoms.

Identity

Identity integration and so that you will feel empowered to be your authentic self. I guide my clients in developing a compassionate awareness of what shapes and influences identity. Seeing, witnessing, honoring, and healing the parts of yourself that are impacted by social systems and ancestral experiences/narratives, can support you in deepening your sense of purpose and meaning.
