This 2.5 hour outdoor workshop engages adults in therapeutic play to support increased confidence, body awareness, and just plain fun.
Through a series of on-your-feet games, stories, and sharing, participants will connect with their playful selves and each other to create a unique group experience.
Expect to walk away with a sense of expanded creativity and joy.
